More chocolates!

We experimented with more flavors of chocolates, including:
  • Chocolate-covered granola - sweet, salty, crunchy
  • Curry-infused chocolate clusters - a base of toasted almonds and coconut, with a hint of curry and cardamom
  • Spiced chocolate clusters - toasted almonds and coconut, mixed with spice-infused chocolate, including curry, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sea salt

Welcome to Flying Granola!

After five years of starting every day with our homemade granola, we have perfected our recipe and are excited to share our fresh and crunchy treat with our neighbors.  Created in a home kitchen in the Lower East Side of New York City, our business is currently focused on two specialities: granola and chocolates, and the happy marriage of the two, chocolate-covered granola.  Both are made by hand using fresh, high-quality ingredients. 

Some of our favorites are:

Granola: toss with yogurt and fruit, top with milk, or eat plain for a fresh, energizing snack

Chocolate Clusters: all made with high quality ingredients and dark chocolate
